Refund Policy

I hope that all the products you buy from Jovettine Éco-Bijoux give you complete satisfaction. If you are not satisfied, you have a period of 30 days after receipt of the package (excluding shipping costs) for a refund or exchange. It is also possible to come to my workshop for an exchange or refund. Items must be in their original packaging, have not been worn and show no signs of wear. I reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if these conditions are not met. These deadlines are extended for the holiday season. You will have to pay the return costs, i.e. a bubble envelope and a stamp. Please note that you can reuse my envelope or box. Please note that if the return instructions have not been followed and the item is damaged or lost, I will not be able to process your request. Please note that once your request has been processed, I will contact you by email to notify you.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method. Once the refund is processed, it will appear within 3-5 days.
