Order processing and delivery times

Ps: if you feel like it, you can pick up your package directly from the workshop, it's free.

In-stock orders are shipped within 48 hours and are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. An email will be sent to you with your invoice and information allowing you to track your package live on our website or on the Canada Post website: www.canadapost.ca .

Orders are shipped from the Joliette workshop in Quebec.

Any delivery requiring a signature

If you are not home when the package is delivered and there is no safe place to leave it, the delivery person will leave a card indicating where you can pick it up.

Please note that my services are closed from December 24 to 25 inclusive as well as from December 31 to January 1 inclusive for the holiday break.

*Regular shipping is free on all jewelry and only for Canada.

Please note that regular delivery does not have a tracking number and once the package is sent, I can no longer track it. If you want to track your package, opt for express delivery.

• Regular delivery is subject to regular postal delivery times, i.e. 3 to 20 business days for the province of Quebec. During busier periods (such as the holiday season) or including statutory holidays, these times are longer.

• An express order is provided with a tracking number. The delivery time is 1 to 7 working days.
